How to get delivery and read receipt of shared file mail?
When I am sharing a word,excel, or ppt file with colleague it comes in sent bix of my Outlook but I am not getting delivery and read receipt for this mail.
You should be able to run a message trace to confirm delivery, if that's what you are worried about.
- I believe the Sharing process doesn't generate a Read Receipt.
