How To Disable Junk Mailbox In Outlook.live.com
I have a personal outlook.live.com account and have noticed that emails from .edu addresses are being captured by the junk folder despite having *@domain.edu added as a safe sender.
I would like to disable the junk folder completely. How would I go about accomplishing that?

1. Confirm Secure Sender Settings
Log in to your Outlook account and click on the Spam folder on the left sidebar.
Find the email that was misjudged, open it and click the Not Spam button in the top toolbar.
This will add the sender to the safe list and possibly adjust the filtering rules.
2: Manually add .edu domain name to safe senders
In the main Outlook screen, click the gear icon in the top right corner > View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail > Spam in the Safe Senders and Domains section: enter *@domain.edu and click Add.
Make sure Allow senders from this domain is checked.
3: Adjust the spam filtering level on the Spam settings page:
Adjust the filtering level to Low to allow more emails into the inbox, but may increase the risk of spamming.
Uncheck Block emails with attachments, images or links.
4: Check Microsoft 365 security policy (Business/Education accounts)
If your account is provided by a business or school: Visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Go to Protection > Spam Protection.
Ensure that strict filtering policies are not enabled or add exceptions for specific domains.
5: Report a persistent issue
If the issue persists, you can contact support in the following ways:
In Outlook click the ? icon > Contact Support.
Describe the issue and attach a sample email requesting a manual review of the filtering rule.
