How to delay all delivery in The New Outlook

Dear,&nbsp;In the former version of Outlook, I was able to create a rule that automatically delayed the delivery of all outgoing emails by two minutes.&nbsp;Unfortunately, in 'The New Outlook,' I'm unable to locate the same configuration option.&nbsp;Your help is greatly appreciated!&nbsp;Many thanks in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;Josine&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
