How To Add Multiple Email Addresses in Outlook 2021

I'm trying to add two email addresses to Outlook, but with their own PST file.  I have both addresses added but only the first appears for receiving emails.  And the Add button gives me an error to add the second PST file.  Any ideas how to fix this?
