VasilMichev I just tested shared mailbox, looks like you can reply to email as yourself or the shared mailbox address. If you want the reply appear in the sent items, you have to reply as shared mailbox, correct? Is it possible to reply as yourself and it appears in the sent items of the shared mailbox?

It doesn't matter who you reply as, messages will be stored in Sent Items. This is a change that was introduced a while back: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/want-more-control-over-sent-items-when-using-shared-mailboxes/ba-p/611106

VasilMichev It only stores in sent items if you send as shared mailbox or on behalf of it. I'm wondering if it's possible to reply as yourself (e.g. sam@mycompany.com) and it stores it in the sent items of the shared mailbox.
