force the sender to select one option before sending it to the mailbox
We have a shared mailbox for solving IT problems, if I want to force the sender before sending it to this mailbox to tick if it related to hardware or software problem, is there a way for that. he can't send if he didn't choose an option
- No, you can't unless you want to go a very complex way with custom programming and still not reach a 100% solution.
A more pragmatic solution would be to create 2 addresses (1 for software and 1 for hardware) and have them land in the same mailbox.
