Favorites option missing - Classic Outlook
I have a user using Classic Outlook on 365 version 2601 (previously 2512 also not working). The Favorites section is missing in the folder view. When clicking the View - Layout - Folder Pane menu, the option for Favorites is missing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to restore this option?

The Favorites section only shows in the Mail module and not in the Folder module.
To switch back to the Mail module use CTRL+1 or select the module from the App Bar on the left
