Expand TO field in Outlook for Windows

Outlook seems by default to display a person's name in the TO field when viewing a message that was sent. It hides the actual email address.   Using Outlook for the web, this does not happen  the same way. It shows the person's name followed by the email address.   Is there a way to get Outlook for Windows to do the same?
