Exchange Address list and value Capacity on Outlook Address list
Hi,
How to enable the "Capacity" into my own address lists?
The capacity is visible only on "All Rooms" address list. When comparing different address lists there were not differences. I wish it is not only Outlook which is defining what to show just based on the name "All Rooms"? If it is so, is there then some other predefined names we should be aware?
You cannot enable it for other lists, it's an Outlook client side functionality.
You did not noticed that I trided to ask "how" not "can i"
It is very shame if that is not possible. This actually sounds like address book is the feature on Outlook which has never never received any updates.
