Excessive Spam, Junk Mail from "geeksquad" email address?

So frustrating that the msn junk/block filter is absolutely useless with this issue. Does Microsoft ever respond to these forums? I will probably have to create a new email address since the one that is affected is used for business purposes. Not sure if I will experience the same issues if I do.
