I have had the same issue. I have blocked the address on the main Microsoft email site, reset my phone email. They do not get through my desktop but they do on my phone. Awesome to 13 this morning. I have contacted outlook support. Everything I did is what they suggested so now I am waiting on the next step
- I only have a desk top computer, no cell phone. And they're driving me crazy! Up to 50 SPAMS a day!! I have NO idea how to stop them!
