Error subject with new mail

Hello,

Our users are reporting errors when they send a new e-mail message. When they send the message, Outlook gives an error because there would be no subject. But there is a subject...! How is this possible?

I checked some things and I see some strange things:
- there is a subject, but Outlook does not see this
- when forwarding or replying a message, there is no error
- when changing the subject of a forwarded message, the original subject is used
- the error is not always; after some time message are send with subject again
- in the webmail mails are send without problems

At this moment we are using Outlook 365, version 2502 (build 18526.20264, monthly channel).

Does anyone knows about this problem?

      Thanks for your reply.
      At this moment there is one newer version available. We will install that version to see if the problem also occurs. When that is the case, we will report it to Microsoft.
