Error is [0x80070005-0x000004dc-0x00000524].
I use outlook on my office pc. I have my office email and a hotmail account on the software. 4 days ago my hotmail account no longer would send emails. I can receive them but i cannot send them. The error message you see above says the following: This message could not be sent. You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user.
It then goes on to show exchange response headers, an ROP summary, response exceptions and a whole bunch of other items which make no sense to me. The strange thing about this is the error is not occurring on my pc at my home. It is only occurring on my office pc. Also I am able to send messages from my hotmail account on my iPad, iPhone and from my web based OWA account. It is just this one pc that I have at my office that will now send a message from my hotmail account. I have deleted the account shut down my pc opened it back up added the account back and same problem exists. Someone, anyone please help me!
- Techguy2035Copper ContributorStep 1: Determine the X500 address
Have an internal user reply to an email address that was sent by the user before their mailbox was moved. The NDR will contain an IMCEAEX string that can be converted to an X500 address.
For information about how to convert the recipient address in the IMCEAEX NDR to an X500 address, see Method 2 in the "Resolution" section of the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
2807779 IMCEAEX non-delivery report when you send email messages to an internal user in Office 365 dedicated
Step 2: Add the X500 address to the user's email addresses
In Exchange Server 2016 or Exchange Server 2013:
In the Exchange Admin Center, click recipients, and then click mailboxes.
Select the user mailbox, and then click Edit.
Click email address, and then click Add.
In the enter a custom address type box, type X500.
In the Email address box, type the X500 address.
For example: /O=<ExchangeOrg>/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=<User1>
Wait for or force directory synchronization to occur.
This may help you out,
