Error code 19928 Could not synchronise record

I'm using Outlook for Mac (Build: 16.34.20020900) and on two mailmessages I get a sync error:

 

Searching for solutions I could only find a reference to Outlook for Mac 2011 and Exchange 2010; https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2556352/changekey-is-required-for-this-operation-error-message-in-outlook-for

 

Any ideas?

      Unfortunately I haven't found a solution yet; I was hoping to find one in this community.

    Add me to the list of people having this problem. Just cropped up here in the last couple of days.

    I'm guessing none of you have found a fix yet?

    Richard van DijkWere you able to resolve your Issue, as i am experiencing the same thing. However there are no fixes for Outlook for MAC Version 16 anywhere.

      Keav405Unfortunately this problem isn't resolved and still persists. An fresh install of outlook hasn't made any difference either.
