Error code 19928 Could not synchronise record

I'm using Outlook for Mac (Build: 16.34.20020900) and on two mailmessages I get a sync error:   Searching for solutions I could only find a reference to Outlook for Mac 2011 and Exchange 2010...

Richard van DijkWere you able to resolve your Issue, as i am experiencing the same thing. However there are no fixes for Outlook for MAC Version 16 anywhere.

    Keav405Unfortunately this problem isn't resolved and still persists. An fresh install of outlook hasn't made any difference either.
