Encryption error
Got a user who gets this when trying to open an encrypted email: "???????????????'?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????>???????????????????????????????????????????????????????...
That means you dont have the public key to decrypt the email. Please see if the sender can send the email to an alternate email as a test. Also, which third-party encryption is the sender using? is it Voltage, CISCO SWD etc.. or is it Microsoft's encryption such as AIP, RMS or regular encryption?
