Emails suddenly not rendering on Outlook (Windows)

Hi all,

I have a HTML email template, which I have been using and tweaking for months to create our emails. It contains Tables in order to render on Outlook (sigh) and has always done the job thus far.

I ran a test last week for our next marketing email, and it was aligning all absolutely fine. However, suddenly, the text has started not aligning with the header and totally ignoring the table, pushing itself all out to the left (see image below).

Important to note, that this not only applies to emails I have sent or tested in the last few days, but also to every single email I have sent in the past. It only applies on Outlook, and only on the Outlook software on Desktop, mobile is fine.

What is excessively annoying, is that the header lines up, and the text is contained in the same "main table" as the header, I tried quite a few ways to contain the text section back into the main table, but I'm running out of ideas.

Also thinking it might have something to do with Outlook updating its rendering software, as I already had to use the code described on this page - https://knak.com/blog/microsoft-introduces-advanced-typography/ - to fight Outlook's arbitrary hyphenation (this was successful) but I can't find a fix this time, and I'm really starting to despair.

Any ideas? Or anyone with the same issue?
