Emails go missing after few minutes

Beginning noon 6 Mar 23, all my Outlook emails went missing (IPhone Xr & wifes IPhone11). New email coming in disappear after a few minutes. Outlook email on Desktop not affected. Problem coinside with attempt to add Gmail account - since been removed. Anyone know how to fix?
