E-mail rule to delete spam does not work

Thank you for your response.
Next check if rules really been triggered. For example create a test rule to delete email from just specific sender to see if it works(Note: does this InPrivate/incognito windows). And , if you are very sure of the domain are send junk email you can use Junk > Block sender/domain.Also, if you have Outlook desktop app, use to to create a new rule and see if issue still persist.

Unfortunately, when I run the rule there, it doesn't do anything either. I also want it to stop processing rules since I just want the messages to be deleted.

- abroesSep 26, 2023Copper ContributorUnfortunately I've found that Outlook doesn't seem to apply rules to junk mail, only to e-mails that end up in the Inbox after they've already been filtered by Outlook's built-in spam filters. So, it looks blocking is the only solution there.
