E-mail rule to delete spam does not work

    Thank you for your response.

    Next check if rules really been triggered. For example create a test rule to delete email from just specific sender to see if it works(Note: does this InPrivate/incognito windows).  And , if you are very sure of the domain are send junk email you can use Junk > Block sender/domain. 

     

    Also, if you have Outlook desktop app, use to to create a new rule and see if issue still persist.
