Double Click to Open a Message in New Window

Hi all I'm using outlook with below laoyut as reading pane on the right I was able to open an email in a separate window when I double click the message  But I cannot use this function for 2 days ...

dmsangram I have no problem with double clicking now. Not sure if it's related but I remember clearing the edge browser's cache this morning.

    Possible, i'll try this sometime if it will work for me or not.
