Different meeting duration error

I have a meeting in Outlook (I am NOT the organizer) that has a different duration than the organizer and all other attendees.  We have regular meetings MWF from 8:30-9:15am Mountain Time.  Everyone else has a 45 minute meeting on their calendar adjusted for the proper time zones.  I have a meeting for 1 hour and 45 minutes on my calendar.  I am in the Eastern time zone and this meeting is truly scheduled for 10:30-11:15am EDT but my calendar has the meeting being from 9:30-11:15am EDT.

It's not a time zone issue or, if it is, my meeting starts at 9:30 CDT and ends at 11:15 EDT and I've never seen a meeting cross time zones like that.

Is there any way to 'fix' my calendar to be at the proper time and meeting duration?
