Deleting Aliases, Powershell - OUTLOOK UNUSABLE, MS SUPPORT SCREWED UP THE SET UP
I’ve submitted three tickets regarding critical issues with my Business Outlook/Microsoft 365 setup, and none have received a correct response. Attempts to call support have failed—I've waited through hours of automated loops with no human follow-up. Even worse, I'm now blocked from opening new support tickets or contacting Microsoft via email.
This lack of support is affecting my operations and health. I'm a small business owner relying on Microsoft's tools, and the total absence of assistance is unacceptable. If anyone at Microsoft or within the community can help escalate this or provide a contact with actual access to resolve it, I’d deeply appreciate it.
Please advise next steps, or direct me to someone who can break through the wall of silence. This is no longer just technical—it’s operational and personal.
Help: DELETE aliases (MS mistakenly told me to assign), move to shared mailboxes, keep main user, no soft delete/30 day wait.

You can restore it by re-adding the alias using PowerShell and rebuilding the Outlook profile, ensuring that the primary SMTP address is correct.
