Creating PST files and moving emails to PST files in Outlook 365
Good Morning!
I'm glad that we are finally able to import PST files, but there are still some issues with using the PST files.
1. Inability to move email from Inbox via right click-Move-(select folder). The PST file folders do not appear in the right click menu.
The only way to move these emails is to drag and drop, and then an error is received: "The folder you have chosen is in another account", when the PST file in question was created in "old" Outlook and is the same exact account.
2. We are unable to CREATE new PST files in Outlook 365
For organizations that have size limits implemented on the inbox, PST files are used to move emails off the server for local storage. This is a CRUCIAL feature.
Any idea when right click moving will be available and when we will be able to create PST files? Thank you!

- That is turned off by default for Business accounts. Your admin can enable this via;
Set-OwaMailboxPolicy -ItemsToOtherAccountsEnabled $true - Exporting to pst-files is already available in preview and is rolling out to GA next month;
