Allwan&nbsp;HiSee, as you have crashed your Outlook I would suggest you backup all your Outlook data before repairing it. Because once your data gets corrupted and overwritten then, no tool in the world can get back your data. There are many tools available in the market but my favorite is Outlook deleted Items Recovery tool. It can run a raw scan that means it will scan your file bit-by-bit.

My "rules" have not been working for months. I have been begging Microsoft to fix the bug. Worked perfectly until one of the recent updates.

dont_know&nbsp;I'm so happy to see you have the same EXACT issue I am. Right after an update. I almost hate updates since after each one, something doesn't work right EVERY time. Were you able to get this issue fixed?
