crash Outlook 2019 when add rules

hello, when i click create rules in outlook 2019, outlook crashes and quits. Can you help me? best regards

My "rules" have not been working for months. I have been begging Microsoft to fix the bug. Worked perfectly until one of the recent updates.

dont_know I'm so happy to see you have the same EXACT issue I am. Right after an update. I almost hate updates since after each one, something doesn't work right EVERY time. Were you able to get this issue fixed?
