Comparing outlook distribution lists with visio organization chart

Hi,

We have outlook distribution lists that we want to compare with manually created visio org charts.  We did not use the outlook distribution lists to populate the org charts and don't want to have to manually compare the names in both tools to find discrepancies.  Is there a way to run the names in an outlook distribution list with the org chart names without looking at them manually?
