Come on! Terrible New UI decision
No need to rant :) Instead, go post this as suggestion over at the Feedback portal, where the relevant PMs lurk (and others can vote for your suggestion):

Hi VasilMichev The only problem with the feedback portal is that you must be a certain user type to vote or reply. Average corporate users of the product are unable to interact with the platform.
"No need to rant" What kind of idiotic response is this? People use Outlook in their jobs, and some clown in UI decides to change this for no reason-without even giving us an option to change it back to how it was. Oh yes, let's fill out a form which no human will read or take action on
Ranting may help .... better than getting an AI response that decides it own thing
