Classic Outlook Keeps "Not Responding" and freezing

A user in my org is having a similar issue. A clue was when I was opening up her emails, it was lagging like crazy. Got her to delete and recreate her signatures. But the issue still persists in the emails that were sent with her old signature so outlook is still freezing up.
