Can't see email content when it is forwarded from mac mail

Hi all, 

We have an ongoing issue with seeing the content of forwarded emails.

Our two managers use mac mail as their email app of choice but the rest of the office uses Outlook 2020. When they forward an email we are not able to see the content of the original message or anything they have added. We can see and download any attachments.

We are able to view the full email via the Server but this is annoying as we have to have the email web app and outlook both running. 

Does anyone know of a solution to this?
