Blocking Out time on a Room Calendar
Is there a way to block out a time period for a room calendar so no one can schedule a meeting for that room? We use a break room for meetings but do not want anyone to schedule it during lunch time. We do not want to have to set it to have to be approved for every meeting request and the only other setting I see that is close is limiting it to working hours.
Simply create one recurring/daily meeting that blocks the room for said time period?
VasilMichev Thanks, that was our fallback option. I was hoping for something a little better than that as a solution.
There's nothing in the room settings you can configure for that, unless you want to switch to approving each meeting request.
