Blocking Out time on a Room Calendar
Is there a way to block out a time period for a room calendar so no one can schedule a meeting for that room? We use a break room for meetings but do not want anyone to schedule it during lunch time...
Simply create one recurring/daily meeting that blocks the room for said time period?
VasilMichev Thanks, that was our fallback option. I was hoping for something a little better than that as a solution.
There's nothing in the room settings you can configure for that, unless you want to switch to approving each meeting request.
