Automate meeting attendee

I am trying to see if there is a way to have an attendee (my assistant) automatically added to all events I add to my calendar without having to manually invite each time. Any suggestions to streamline this?

  • Hi Krob24,

    Quick Step feature:
you can use the Quick Step feature to establish a meeting template with your assistant's email pre-filled.

    Follow these steps:

    • Go to the Home tab, click on "Create New" in the Quick Steps group.
    • Assign a name to your Quick Step.
    • Choose "New Meeting" from the "Choose an action" drop-down.
    • Enter your assistant's email address in the "To:" field.
    • Complete by clicking "Finish".
    • This new Quick Step will then be readily accessible in the ribbon, allowing you to create meetings with your assistant's email pre-inserted.
