Automate meeting attendee

Quick Step feature:
you can use the Quick Step feature to establish a meeting template with your assistant's email pre-filled.
Follow these steps:- Go to the Home tab, click on "Create New" in the Quick Steps group.
- Assign a name to your Quick Step.
- Choose "New Meeting" from the "Choose an action" drop-down.
- Enter your assistant's email address in the "To:" field.
- Complete by clicking "Finish".
- This new Quick Step will then be readily accessible in the ribbon, allowing you to create meetings with your assistant's email pre-inserted.
