AutoCorrect not working and all options greyed out

HI,

I have no realtime spell check in Outlook for Windows client 2021. The options are greyed out....

 

Any ideas are appreciated.

    I have the same issue, mine started after I updated Windows 11.  I was using Windows 11 and after the update it grayed out many features of my Outlook. I paid for a full stand-along version of Outlook and after doing a "repair", had no effect on the issue.
