Are you trying to add, update, or remove your email account
We have a user here who gets this message several times a day, her Outlook works fine apart from this. She had a private email set up on her Outlook but his has been removed, still the problem persists. Any ideas? She's using Outlook for desktop.
- aaanneBrass ContributorWe decided to try deleting the users profile (ost), we also deleted two nst files that were of the same size. After this the message is gone. I don't know whether it was deleting ost or nst that did the trick. If someone here decides to try this solution, maybe delete one of them first to see exactly what causes the error.

I am having the same issue. I am on Windows 11. My outlook has two Office 365 email accounts.

I am having the same issue as well. Every time I restart my computer I am prompted with several of these windows asking if I am adding or updating my email. gaylasmith
