We have a user here who gets this message several times a day, her Outlook works fine apart from this. She had a private email set up on her Outlook but his has been removed, still the problem persis...
We decided to try deleting the users profile (ost), we also deleted two nst files that were of the same size. After this the message is gone. I don't know whether it was deleting ost or nst that did the trick. If someone here decides to try this solution, maybe delete one of them first to see exactly what causes the error.
