Add my own email address to safe Senders list
Enquiry emails from my website are being sent to spam. I have added rules but they are not working:
I have added my website domain to safe senders list and have tried adding my email address as well but get this error:
 The email account I am using is email address removed for privacy reasons (the same email address I am trying to add in the screenshot above). I am assuming that the reason this is not working is because I am trying to add myself as a safe sender. How do I get round this issue?
How exactly are the messages being sent, are you authenticating with your outlook.com credentials or is the tool impersonating/relaying messages? And what is the reason they are marked as spam (i.e. what do the headers show)? Make sure that the message delivery method respects the SPF/DKIM configuration on your domain, as recently most email providers started enforcing stricter rules around that.
