How exactly are the messages being sent, are you authenticating with your outlook.com credentials or is the tool impersonating/relaying messages? And what is the reason they are marked as spam (i.e. what do the headers show)? Make sure that the message delivery method respects the SPF/DKIM configuration on your domain, as recently most email providers started enforcing stricter rules around that.
