Add a person to an existing meeting in outlook WEB, without informing all the attendees

I work with OUTLOOK WEB and I would like to know if I modify an event, for example, cancel it for some of the attendees, if I can inform only the affected attendees and not all of the users, just as Outlook allows us to do it in it's desktop version
