Actionable Messages Development

Does anybody know how I can get support from Microsoft regarding Adaptive Card development? I have sent several emails to the address that is listed in the Learn documentation and haven't received any response back. I am trying to obtain an Originator ID, but the development portal opens to a 500 error.
