Hi shannonulmer65 did you try to open your PST file with any free PST file viewer? This is only for confirmation because sometimes PST files get corrupted and locked with the password you have forgotten. Good luck with this.
Can you please specify the issue such as which ISP you used before? and what kind of issue occurs when you open the PST file. So that I can understand your situation and suggest a better solution for your PST file.
