Where can I learn how to use OneDrive, please?

I am frustrated with it simply because I need instructions.  I have technophobia!  Thank you in advance.  Also, I have no clue what your suggested "labels" mean so if I pick wrong, I am sorry.

    Maybe a YouTube tutorial for beginners would be a good starting point? Something like this?
