* Pasted direct link to shared one drive file which user could not reach but access was granted

* Pasted username which had the issue

* executed test 

*After test automated fix was suggested on which I clicked on
The Microsoft configured update resolved mismatching UPN issues and resolved the problem  (file had to be shared with the user one more time as all shared file permissions have been reset for the user which had the issue)
