Three Documents folders in OneDrive

myname - Personal is your OneDrive.  

You may want to ensure all your documents are syncing to OneDrive by toggling the Documents folder to ON in the OneDrive settings under Manage Backup.  

1) Keep this one:

myname-personal> Documents (this is the real/default library)

2) Delete this (after confirming files are same):

users/myid/documents/documents (duplicate/nested folder)

3) Ignore: users/myid/documents (system path, not a separate folder)

Note: Just make sure files are not different before deleting.
