Hi Jinfiltration,
I am afraid the OneDrive sync client isn't the most stable sync client out there. I always advise my customers to only use the Office Web Apps or Teams Desktop App and avoid the OneDrive sync client if possible.
If you do want to use the OneDrive sync client, please reboot your machine frequently (daily).
Please try my action plan:
- Only use 1 sync solution on the machine: OneDrive or Dropbox, not both
- Disable fast startup
- CMD > sfc /scannow
- CMD > DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
- Reboot your machine
- Optional: Windows key + R. %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
