Synchronize delay

when i updated my file, the synchronize is not updated, which the file always showed a blue arrow, and the without update for the whole week, so my friend cannot download it for modification, I attach a screen cap, may I know if there any ways to solve the problem

  • There are many possible factors, and it's difficult to know what's happening on your computer, local network or Microsoft tenant.

    There's an online OneDrive troubleshooter that you should try. Also: test disabling any local antivirus or similar software that may be locking your local files.
