Synchronize delay

when i updated my file, the synchronize is not updated, which the file always showed a blue arrow, and the without update for the whole week, so my friend cannot download it for modification, I attach a screen cap, may I know if there any ways to solve the problem

    There are many possible factors, and it's difficult to know what's happening on your computer, local network or Microsoft tenant.

    There's an online OneDrive troubleshooter that you should try. Also: test disabling any local antivirus or similar software that may be locking your local files.
