Sync OneDrive with Shared Folders in a domaine Controller

Hello.

I have a domain Controller and within it i have some shared folders with specific permissions, I wanna make these folders available for the users when they are using other networks using OneDrive.

for example i have 3 departments X, Y, and Z each department share a folder on the server, i can create 3 onedrive accounts for each department but is there a way to open the three accounts on the server and share the folders within the specific account ?
