stop one drive sync to cloud from m365 admin center
is there a way to stop onedrive from syncing to the tenant from the admin center or from powershell?
Depends on what you mean. If you want to stop it on the tenant level, you can configure sync restrictions or similarly, restrict to specific IPs. If you want to block it for a single user, you'll have to change his password and revoke refresh tokens, although this will not delete any files that have been synced already.
