Shared links not downloading for others, just gives error text files
All of the sudden, any shared links from OneDrive are not allowing people to download the files. It just gives them a .zip of "OneDrive-2024-02-15.zip" that contains 2 text files. The 2 files are "Do...
Having the same problem recently. But, the app shows that everything is fine. There seems to be no way to self-troubleshoot. Hello....Microsoft....are you listening?
- Same issue as all of you. I will have to take my business to another cloud service if Deleted doesn’t fix this like today. It’s going on over a week now. Unacceptable for a business this size.
It was mentioned before in a previous comment. I found if I zip the files then upload the zip file to onedrive that seems to work.
1. Zip files
2. Upload zip folder to one drive
3. Right click on the zip folder and either copy link of share that zip folder
- I have been sending Zip files for years and in last two months have experienced the same problem as everyone else. Just be thankful it works like this fo ryou.
